i was go for 3 days on a trip and my brother was here and he got me bann from cs dont know how he found me password but can u ubann me plz i realy dont hack. thx alot

Let's see. I believe the procedure goes something like this:

What's your SteamID?
What name do you play as on our server?

Are you SURE you're banned?

And then proceeds something like
Please do not use homophobic or racially derogatory language on our server or IN EMAILS TO THE FORUM MODERATORS. Thanks!

Another good step is by writing messages on boards which aren't riddled with grammatical errors. Other than that, yeah, what Zydeko said.
