Starting on the Monday the 3rd of April, I will be running demonstrations of games from Indie Press Revolution at Eudemonia every Monday at one.
We'll start with Dogs in the Vinyard on the the third, a game where you are the gunslinging Watchdogs of God, prophets of a nascent Faith. You travel the circuit from town to town in a west that never quite was, making judgement calls to fight demons and correct the sin that let them through. Sticking to your guns is always a good idea in this game, if you're willing to pay the price. On the 3rd, 17th, and 31st.
Then we'll play the roleplaying game of romantic comedy, Breaking the Ice, starting on the 10th. Played in pairs, you alternate between referee and player with your partner, roleplaying your characters first three dates. Through vivid descriptions of how dates go right and wrong, you score points of Attraction and Compatibilty so that your characters fall in love! Demos on the 10th and the 24th. Bring someone you love.
