I think the tournament results went like this:

Legacy 1: Mono-red burn
Legacy 2: Goblins
Legacy 3: Goblins
Legacy 4: Psychotog
Legacy 5: ???? Fill me in
Legacy 6: Landstill
Legacy 7: Landstill

Why has goblins stopped winning? To me it just seems overly-powerful (which is why I hate the deck), I mean you can splash white to disenchant an engineered plague or use pithing needle to answer things like copr...

No, times have changed as the deck has been figured out to the bone as the list always tend to be more or less of the same.

With the introduction of the Lorwyn Block, expect the plans to be different as time progresses as more people unlock what else you could do with that block to be applied to the deck.
